Rental Marketing

We take care of all maintenance requests quickly and ensure things get fixed correctly. Tenants can submit maintenance requests conveniently online through the tenant portal and we  require pictures and/or video to better help troubleshoot and document the request.

Tenant Screening

We only place the most qualified tenants in your home. To do this, we run thorough background checks, credit checks, eviction reports, and reference checks on all applicants. We also verify their employment income and consider how well they followed instructions as part of our screening process. 

Rent Collection

No more running around trying to collect rent. Tenants can conveniently pay rent through our tenant portal. After the 5th of each month, rent is considered late and late fees begin to accrue. We make sure rent gets collected every month and you get paid on time, without any hassles.


We require all tenants to complete a move in inspection form when taking possession of the property and we complete a move out inspection form after they move out. We also can complete inspection reports during their lease  term which includes pictures and a written report. 


We enforce the lease agreement and ensure SC Landlord & Tenant Act compliance to help protect you.  Any lease violations are handled promptly. If needed, we can evict tenants and work to find a new tenant quickly.

 Unlike so many Greenville Property Managers, we do not hide our fees in lengthy management contracts or charge “junk”fees to any of our clients. We disclose all of our pricing upfront and we have done away with junk fees such as lease renewal fees, management fees during vacancies, marketing fees, and set up fees. We also offer a management package that has no maintenance mark-ups. 

No Long Term Contracts, Cancel Anytime:

Unlike most property management companies, we do not lock you into a one year contract. We are confident that we will exceed your expectations and you will love your experience working with us. However,  if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with our services then you can cancel anytime without any fees or penalties. You just give us a 60 day notice so we can smoothly transition the property.
